- Tenders are invited for Supply of ( 30 ) 1 2000 Btu Wall and Ceiling Air Conditioners , According to the Technical Specifications Prepared in this Regard. The accepted bidder must deposit, within 30 days from the day following his notification by registered letter of the acceptance of his bid, a final deposit equivalent to 2% of the value of what was awarded. Pay a sum of money amounting to (250 LYD) in exchange for purchasing the specifications and conditions brochure. The offer shall be accompanied by an initial insurance of (0.5%) half a percent of the value of the total offer in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter or a certified check in favor of the Center issued by one of the banks operating in Libya, provided that the validity of the guarantee is valid for a period of not less than one month.
